Sync 4 8 Inch Upgrade Kit 2015-2020 F150

Upgrade to Ford's Sync 4 in your 2015-2020 F150. Sync 4 is faster than Sync 3, has a higher resolution display, and has built in wireless CarPlay and Android Auto.

Our kit uses genuine Ford parts along with our custom bracket to mount it all for a factory looking swap.

We pre-program the APIM to your vehicle to make it a seamless plug n' play experience!

In the box:

• Ford Sync 4 Navigation APIM
• Ford Sync 4 HD Display
• OEM Plus Upgrades Mounting Bracket
• OEM Plus Upgrades plug n' play harness
• 2015 F150's coming from Sync 2 will also get a USB Hub and Power Adapter

2015-2017 4" Vehicles will receive in addition to the parts above:

• USB Hub and cables
• GPS Antenna
• Second wiring harness
• 8" Radio Bezel
• OBD adapter for phone call fix (unless getting new ACM)

2018-2020 4" Vehicles will receive in addition to the parts above:

• 8" Radio Bezel
  

Things to know/compatability notes:

-In Sync 4 8" HVAC is unable to be controlled from the display. You must use your physical controls. For auto HVAC the temperature will still display on the screen.

-2015-2018 vehicles will lose SiriusXM if equipped and radio presets. The radio will still work and the sound menu will be available. You can re-enable these features by upgrading to a 2019+ ACM. 2019-2020 vehicles do not need to upgrade the ACM as these features will continue to work.

-360 camera will continue to work, but additional views cannot be selected or changed.

-FordPass will continue to work as long as the radio is not master reset or the vehicle is removed from your account. If this happens you will have to put the old radio back in to re-activate FordPass.

-Navigation is a subscription and it cannot be purchased so while a map will be displayed you may not be able to enter a destination. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto will continue to function. We are currently working on a solution for this and may offer navigation in the future.

-Trailer reverse guidance if equipped has not been tested.

-This is a newly released kit so there may be other minor compatibility issues found. Please email us at support@oemplusupgrades.com if you run into any issues not listed here.
