Did you do an upgrade and now you need programming done? Don't know where to start? We can do it for you! All you need is a Windows laptop with Windows 7 or newer and an OBD adapter. Don't have an OBD adapter, no problem simply purchase one with this service.

SYNC 4 Navigation Programming
SYNC 4 Navigation can be enabled through remote programming if your vehicle:
- Came from the factory with SYNC 4 Navigation, or
- Has been upgraded with a Navigation-capable APIM.
Vehicles originally equipped with SYNC 1, SYNC 2, or SYNC 3 cannot have navigation enabled remotely. The APIM must be sent to us for programming.
Connected Navigation Features
Connected Navigation requires a working cellular modem and compatible vehicle. If FordPass remote lock/unlock currently works on your vehicle, Connected Navigation should work on any Factory equipped Sync 4 vehicle.
Connected Navigation adds features including:
- Live traffic and weather
- Predictive routing
- Live route changes to help avoid delays
- Trailer-aware routing
- Enhanced Points of Interest (POI) information
- Additional connected navigation features

Compatibility or functionality cannot be guaranteed with unsupported/incompatible hardware or software, aftermarket modifications, installation issues, existing vehicle faults, or other conditions outside our control. Additional module programming or troubleshooting is not included unless specifically stated. Review our refund police for more information.
