2015-2023 Mustang Sync 4 8" Conversion Kit

Upgrade to Ford's Sync 4 in your 2015-2023 Mustang. Sync 4 is faster than Sync 3, has a higher resolution display, and has built in wireless CarPlay and Android Auto.

Our kit uses genuine Ford parts along with our custom bracket to mount it all for a factory looking swap.

We pre-program the APIM to your vehicle to make it a seamless plug n' play experience!

• Ford Sync 4 HD Display
• OEM Plus Upgrades Mounting Bracket
• OEM Plus Upgrades plug n' play harness
• 2015 Mustangs coming from Sync 2 will also get a USB Hub and Power Adapter

2015-2018 4" Vehicles will receive in addition to the parts above:

• USB Hub and cables
• GPS Antenna
• Second wiring harness
• 8" Radio Bezel
• OBD adapter for drive mode programming (windows laptop required)

2019-2023 4" Vehicles will receive in addition to the parts above:

• 8" Radio Bezel
• OBD adapter for drive mode programming (windows laptop required)

Things to know/compatability notes:

-Mustangs with automatic HVAC will lose the ability to change the air mode between face and feet manually. Auto will continue to work and do this as the computer sees fit. All HVAC physical buttons continue to operate and you are able to see the set temperature on the display. Temperature and fan changes appear on the display just like Sync 3.

-2015-2019 vehicles will lose SiriusXM if equipped and radio presets. The radio will still work and the sound menu will be available. You can re-enable these features by upgrading to a 2020+ ACM. 2020-2023 vehicles do not need to upgrade the ACM as these features will continue to work.

-The boot up animation will be the Ford logo. The Sync 4 Mustang boot up animation only supports the 13" display.

-Shaker equipped vehicles are not able to change between surround and stereo sound modes. The last selected mode will remain active.

-Shaker pro 2015 vehicles may have various sound or radio issues. No other years are impacted.

-Navigation is a subscription and it cannot be purchased so while a map will be displayed you may not be able to enter a destination. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto will continue to function.

-Reverse guidance lines may not turn with the vehicle.

-This is a newly released kit so there may be other minor compatibility issues found. Please email us at support@oemplusupgrades.com if you run into any issues not listed here.
