Things to Know Before Ordering

• Climate controls will not work through the Sync 4 screen. You must use the physical buttons. If your truck has automatic climate control, the temperature should still show on the screen.

• 2017-2019 vehicles may lose SiriusXM and saved radio presets. The regular radio and sound menu will still work. To keep SiriusXM and presets, you can upgrade to a 2020+ ACM. 2020-2022 vehicles do not need this upgrade.

• 360 camera will still work, but extra camera views cannot be selected or changed.

• FordPass should continue working as long as the radio is not master reset and the vehicle is not removed from your FordPass account. If that happens, the original radio may need to be reinstalled to reactivate FordPass.

• Built-in navigation may show a map, but destination entry may not work because the required subscription is not currently available. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto navigation will still work normally.

• Trailer Reverse Guidance has not been tested.

• This is a newer kit, so other minor compatibility issues may be found. Please contact support@oemplusupgrades.com if you run into an issue not listed here.
